HISTORY
The Hotel Seven Residence born as a conscious alternative to other structures located at the center of Palinuro, just confusion during the summer, and from the start point to ensure their customers a perfect combination of relaxation and comfort difficult to achieve at other facilities located in central areas of the fishing villages. Opened July 19, 1989, the last hotel to be opened in Palinuro, it was constantly kept pace with the demands of the times with frequent restructuring and improvement of services, always trying to raise quality standards. The only thing that never changed over time is the desire to make any guest feel at ease, to turn the holiday into a memory of anyone to become unforgettable. It is no accident, so if a high number of guests returning.
Family Pepoli, assisted by an efficient staff, aims to continue this "mission hospitality".
HOTEL - RESIDENCE
Just 2 miles from the center of Palinuro, near the Natural Arch and Marinella, distant as the crow flies only 900 meters , the Hotel Seven Residence is located on the main road between Palinuro and Marina di Camerota, in a strategic position allows to be in a quiet yet convenient for the neighboring cities. The lido beach for the service is just 4 km away and is connected by a free shuttle service. The hotel was built in modern style and is spread over three levels. The ground floor there are 8 studio apartments that make up our Residence. In the foreground, also known as Plan Hall, are 9 rooms, 3 of which are equipped with balcony-terrace overlooking the pool. The second floor are 17 rooms of which 8 are equipped with balcony-terrace overlooking the garden and pool view. In the third floor are 6 rooms at the center of a very large terrace that also works as a solarium.
The breakfast room, if necessary, can become a confortable dining room that can accommodate up to 150 people.
The entire hotel has a very large courtyard that provides a private outdoor parking lot at least 40 cars.
There is also a semi-Olympic swimming pool together with deck chairs and tables that can be used during the summer to escape the heat of the beach or by the guests laziest. The American bar, swimming pool within walking distance, will be happy to let you enjoy refreshing drinks, appetizers and cocktails, and to celebrate private occasions may be required to pay our local nightclub.
The reception operates 24 hours a day and this also allows you to have a private parking guarded at night with our night porter.
ROOMS
The hotel features 30 bright and spacious rooms (of which 02 are double rooms for single use) and 02 suites feature furnishings in soft colors that follow a Mediterranean style that manages to create a warm and relaxing. All rooms and suites are equipped with all modern conveniences including: private bathroom, hairdryer, telephone, TV with Sky, minibar and air conditioning with self control 24h a day. Some of them are equipped with balcony and kitchenette (suitable only for cooking food for babies) to be requested at time of booking and for which there is a charge.
